The gym (and its mirrors, spandex, and sweaty skin) can certainly be an intimidating place for those that are already self-conscious about their bodies. Nonetheless, you are paying the hefty monthly membership fee for a reason: to get fit. Don’t just shrink your wallet; get over your fear and embarrassment and start shrinking your waistline too.
