Great article, author! I have a few more suggestions in addition to your great ideas! First, I might suggest freestyle walking. It is a great way to better your coordination and get noticed! Second, walk your next round of golf. You will be surprised at how much more of nature you notice, and also burn a ton of calories without even realizing! Thirdly, and my sister can speak for this, but invest in a good jogging stroller and use your kid as a weight. Challenge yourself for a long walk pushing your little one and you will tone up your upper body while working your legs and calves all at once! And finally, I can add gardening. Gardening for an hour every other day will get you outside enjoying the fresh air, and constantly moving and contorting your body to tend to your soil and plants will give you a workout without you even knowing it! Pair all of these up with a healthy diet free of junk food and some patience and you will definitely notice results!
