I really enjoyed this article. I love how clearly Christina explains the food dilemma facing Americans, and how it came to be. I have read a lot on the topic and rarely have come across a description that so clearly diagnoses the problem. The question that I am left with, and that I am always left with on this issue, is how does one afford to eat healthy, natural, whole foods? I can't afford to do my shopping at Whole Foods, and have yet to find convenient and healthy alternatives that are affordable. I look forward to hearing Christina's suggestions in the future.
