This is just the reminder that I needed. I once went to a yoga class, and felt silly because I was unable to do all the poses, so I never returned. I received the Wii Fit for Christmas last year and was doing the yoga exercises with it for awhile. I liked that it was at home and no one could see me if I failed. But it was hard to keep up with without an instructor to tell me if I was doing it right or how to improve. I eventually gave up. Life was really busy for awhile anyway, and I told myself there was not time. Recently, life has slowed down a little and I am ready to get back into the gym and focus on my health and fitness. This article has inspired me to give the beginners yoga class a shot at my gym. It's too beneficial not to try again.
